How private is local AI? +

Founders HQ is designed so local AI inference runs on your own compatible computer rather than sending prompts and files to a hosted AI provider. It is still a prototype, so we will not claim verified privacy until we have tested network traffic, local storage, diagnostics and third-party integrations. Account and subscription services may still process limited information online. Read our privacy approach.

Is Founders HQ available to buy today? +

Not yet. Founders HQ is in pre-launch: plans and prices are indicative, checkout is not open and no payment can be taken on this website. The desktop application is still in development and is not available to download.

Why is local hosting the default? +

The product direction is local-first: compatible AI models run on customers' own computers where supported, rather than requiring us to pay for every inference request.

What happens if a subscription payment fails? +

The planned commercial version will use verified subscription status and tier entitlements. Offline behaviour and grace periods must be implemented before launch.

Can I add cloud hosting? +

Cloud hosting has separate tier pricing: Starter £24.99/month, Builder £49.99/month and Empire £99.99/month. Cloud resources are not provisioned yet.

Can I use my own AI model? +

Compatibility depends on the final app, hardware and model. Minimum requirements will be published after testing.
